2) Scope of work
Work is performed based on a mutually agreed scope shared via proposal, WhatsApp, or email. Any additional tasks beyond the agreed scope may
require revised pricing/timelines. All services are provided subject to platform policies and applicable laws.
3) Client responsibilities
Provide accurate business information, approvals, and access needed for campaign/analytics setup.
Ensure your products/services comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Review and approve creatives, claims, and offers before publishing.
Maintain compliance of your own website, products, and business practices.
4) Payments, billing, and taxes
Fees are billed as agreed (monthly/one-time). Government taxes may apply as per Indian law.
Delayed payments may pause services until cleared. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
5) Cancellation and refunds
Digital marketing involves immediate work (research, setup, optimizations). Therefore, refunds are generally not provided for work already completed.
If you wish to cancel a monthly retainer, please inform us at least 7 days before renewal to avoid the next cycle billing.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6) Policy compliance
We aim to run campaigns in a policy-compliant manner. However, platform approvals are controlled by those platforms.
If a platform rejects/disapproves content, we will help with fixes within scope, but cannot guarantee approvals.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their business and products comply with all applicable platform policies.
7) Prohibited use
This website must not be used for illegal activity. We do not promote prohibited services such as gambling/betting/prediction services,
counterfeit goods, dangerous products, or any content that violates Google Ads policies or applicable laws.
8) Intellectual property
All materials provided (reports, strategies, creatives) remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon payment, clients receive a license to use materials for their business purposes.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, business interruption).
Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute during the preceding 12 months.
10) Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
This policy applies to any physical products or deliverables shipped as part of our services.
Delivery Timeline
Digital deliverables (reports, strategies) are delivered electronically within agreed timelines. Physical items, if any, are shipped within 5-7 business days of order confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated based on destination and weight, and are communicated before order confirmation.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once the order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.
Delays

Returns & Refund Policy

Digital Services
Since our services involve immediate work (research, strategy, setup), refunds are generally not provided for work already completed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us to resolve the issue.
Cancellation
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Physical Products (if applicable)
Physical products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if damaged or defective. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item was defective.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
